BILINGUAL SPANISH TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPS NEEDED!!!
We are currently recruiting for Technical Support Representatives to work at a call center for a major multimedia company; located in Co-Op City, the Bronx. Technical Support reps are responsible for troubleshooting cable and modem technical issues, connectivity issues, and provide excellent customer service.
The hourly pay rate is $13.75 to start! This is a full-time, temp-to perm position: 40 hrs a week. 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Over-time is available upon request. Candidates will be made permanent based on performance and attendance in 3-4 months.
Training Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00am (Sun - Mon Off)
Work Shift: 4:00 pm - 1:00 am (Sun - Mon Off)
Requirements:
BILINGUAL (Fluent Spanish -- Read & Write) a MUST
MUST HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE (BANKING, TICKET AGENT, CALL CENTER)
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 60 COLLEGE CREDITS or a DEGREE in COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY or A+ CERTIFICATION.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE SCHEDULE MENTIONED ABOVE.
MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE A MINIMUM OF 50 WPM (will be tested).
MUST PASS A 10-YEAR CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG

Compensation: $13.75 Hourly
